Homemade rice cake
Overview
Since I got the bread machine, except for making a cake once, I have used it to knead dough, knead dough, knead dough... To be honest, there are many functions on the bread machine, but I have never tried them. This time I went out to buy glutinous rice. Weigh the glutinous rice.

After washing it, soak it in water. (The glutinous rice should be soaked until it can be broken into pieces when rubbed with your hands)

Pour the glutinous rice into the bread bucket and add water. Just enough water to cover the glutinous rice is enough.

Select the [rice cake] program.

This is the state with more than 20 minutes left.

After the program is finished, use a silicone knife dipped in a little oil, take out the glutinous rice and let it cool.

Leave it in a non-hot state, wrap it in plastic wrap, and place it in a mold to shape.
