Beat the egg whites into a basin that is oil-free and water-free

Beat the egg yolks in another bowl

Add pure milk, corn oil, powdered sugar, and low-gluten flour to the egg yolks

Stir into batter

Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites

Beat the egg whites

Just lift the egg beater and the curved tip will stand up

First mix one-third of the egg whites into the batter

Then stir all the egg whites and batter together

Pour the batter into the mold and preheat the oven

Bake at 180 for 20 minutes

Take out the baking pan and turn it upside down to release it from the mold

Use a fresh-keeping bag to roll the cooled cake into a roll (I don’t have any parchment paper anymore)

Finished product

Cut into pieces and serve on a plate
