Salmon rice sandwich
Overview
My little grandson loves salmon, especially rice. He only enjoys eating it with salmon. So I often make salmon for him to eat. When cooking for the little one, although salmon is always used, the method must be constantly changed, otherwise he may not be interested. In the morning, he watched the cartoon Peppa Pig for a while, and chocolate cake was mentioned in it, so he asked me to make him a big chocolate cake. Children should not eat chocolate, and I don’t want him to eat too many sweets, but I don’t want to spoil the child’s interest, so I made today’s lunch rice into the shape of a sandwich, with a piece of cheese that he likes to eat, and then told him it was a rice cake. When the little guy saw the rice like this, he happily took a spoon and sat down to eat it. While eating, he said it was delicious, which made me happy. This rice is actually very simple to make and takes very little time. Just a slight change in the presentation can make your children happy to eat. If you have babies, you might as well give it a try. Of course adults are great too.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put a little olive oil in the pan and fry the salmon. I bought a whole piece of salmon and cut off the corners to make this dish because I have to break it into pieces later, so I don’t have to use the best part
-
Fry one side until cooked, flip and fry the other side. When cooked, remove and break into pieces and set aside
-
Cut the asparagus into small dices, leaving a few longer heads for final decoration. Chop yellow bell pepper and onion into dices
-
Sauté the chopped onion in the fish frying oil until fragrant, and add the peeled diced tomatoes
-
Add sugar, salt and pepper and sauté tomatoes until soft. Because the children eat it, only a little bit of pepper is added, and the flowers for adults can add a little more
-
Fry the tomatoes until thickened, add all the chopped vegetables and chopped salmon
-
Stir-fry until asparagus is broken and then remove from heat
-
Divide the rice into two parts, place one part on the bottom of the mold, then put the fried vegetables on top, and cover with another part of rice
-
Place a slice of cheese on top
-
Unmold and serve on a plate. Decorate the top with asparagus. When eating, use a fork and a spoon to mix evenly from top to bottom. It’s delicious
