Overview
This is a home-cooked dish that uses chicken breast, carrots, and green peppers as ingredients, and oyster sauce as the main seasoning. The ingredients are diced and stir-fried. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and marinate with light soy sauce, starch, and oil for 20 minutes.
