First soak the soybeans in water, wash and cut the kelp into cubes. Wash the ribs in warm water and slice the ginger. Cut green onions into flowers and wash wild clams.

Add the soybeans, ginger slices and pork ribs to the casserole water and simmer together. Pour in a little vinegar and cover. Turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes, open the lid, add kelp, mix well with a spoon and simmer for 5 minutes.

Open the lid, add salt and green onions to taste and turn off the heat.
