Stir-fried duck breast
Overview
My mother-in-law raises Muscovy ducks. The big one weighs nearly ten kilograms, and the small one weighs five or six kilograms. Every time I make soup, the soup is all gone and there is still a lot of meat left for no one to eat, so I have to throw it away. What a pity! Nowadays, we cut the duck breast into slices in advance, add some sweet potato powder, and stir-fry it until it is caramelized. The farm duck is so fragrant! !
