Stir-fried snow peas and lilies
Overview
The temperature slowly starts to rise after summer, and I always want to eat some light dishes. I bought fresh lilies and used them to stir-fry with snow peas. It is light yet delicious, simple yet nutritious, and it is very fast. It will be ready in minutes.

All ingredients are ready.

Break the lily into pieces and wash them.

Break snow peas in half.

Wash the dried lilies and boil them in boiling water for 2 minutes until soft and remove.

Cut the garlic into half pellets and mince half.

Put oil in the pot, add garlic and fry until it changes color.

Add snow peas and lily and stir-fry briefly.

Add salt to taste.

Add oyster sauce for freshness.

Add lily petals and stir-fry quickly.

Finally add minced garlic.
