Raisin Toast Bread

Overview

I made this raisin toast bread today. The bread is very soft. Spread jam on it and drink a glass of milk or soy milk. A nutritious breakfast is as simple as that. Raisins are fragrant and sweet and are a favorite dried fruit for many people. It is rich in nutrients. Eating more grapes can relieve cold hands and feet, low back pain, anemia and other phenomena, and improve immunity.

Steps

1. 1 Weigh the materials and set aside

   

2. 2 First pour the liquid into the bread machine barrel

   

3. 3 Then pour the solids into the bread machine bucket one by one, and release the salt and yeast diagonally

   

4. 4 Press the one-button start button and the bread machine starts working

   

5. 5 After 15 minutes add butter

   

6. 6 Stirring 3 times and rising 2 times

   

7. 7 The dough is fermented for the first time until it is 2-2.5 times in size

   

8. 8 After the machine has been running for 1 hour and 55 minutes, press the start/pause button on the panel to pause the program, take out the dough, deflate it, shape it, and let it rest for 20 minutes

   

9. 9 Roll the dough into a rectangular shape

   

10. 10 Turn the rolled out dough over and spread the raisins evenly on the dough

    

11. 11 Roll it up from top to bottom

    

12. 12 Take out the mixing knife, put the rolled dough into the bread bucket with the seam side down, and then manually press the start/pause button on the panel to continue fermentation

    

13. 13 After the fermentation is completed, the bread enters the baking stage

    

14. 14 Tip: After baking is finished, turn the bread barrel upside down to take out the bread and let it cool before eating
