Overview
Yuba is a dish I have only made in the past two years and I have never eaten it before. After eating it, I discovered that yuba is delicious no matter how you eat it.

After the whole yuba is slightly soaked, cut it into small pieces and then soak it.

When everything is soaked, wash and drain the water and put it on a plate for later use.

Put oil in the pot.

Add the ginger first, then the yuba, add salt and stir-fry.

Add half a bowl of water.

Cover the pot and cook for one minute.

When the water is all boiled, add the onions and take it out of the pot.
