Prepare one eggplant, two green peppers, and some pork.

Chop the eggplant into mince, green pepper and meat into shreds.

Rinse the cut eggplant strips twice with water to remove the yellow juice.

Heat the oil until it is 80% hot and pour in the shredded pork,

Fry quickly over high heat,

Then pour in the eggplant strips and stir-fry evenly,

Stir-fry until the eggplant strips are soft.

Then add the chili shreds,

Add some salt to taste.
