The weather is getting colder, but I suddenly want to eat a bowl of jelly. While summer is not far behind, grab a bowl as soon as possible!

Stir pea starch and water evenly and pour into the pot. I also added some salt to it to make it taste better later.

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly with chopsticks. Cook until the starch water turns into a translucent paste and pour it into the mold immediately.

After cooling for an hour or two, the jelly will take shape. Kick it out.

Cut into strips and place on a plate.
