  1. Wash, peel and remove both ends of radish.

  2. Cut into strips. After cutting, sprinkle with salt and marinate for 10 minutes, rinse off the salt water, and then drain.

  3. Separate the white garlic and green garlic leaves, flatten the white garlic, cut the dried chilies into sections and remove the seeds.

  4. Heat oil in a pan, heat oil over low heat, add garlic and dried pepper and saute until fragrant.

  5. After sautéing until fragrant, add the radish and garlic green leaves, stir-fry over medium-high heat until soft, then add a small spoonful of salt, then add light soy sauce and oyster sauce. The amount of light soy sauce and oyster sauce is the same as a normal soup spoon. After the seasoning is finished, you can add about 100ml of water and turn up the heat.
