Make the dough and let it grow alone in the dark and cold night. I suddenly woke up and almost forgot about the dough. Fortunately, it was within my field of vision. A whole night, seven or eight hours, turned out to be just right. It seems that this can be done in the future. I don’t understand why the surface is brushed with oil instead of egg? They can both increase gloss, so why use oil? Is the oil more fragrant?
