Tuna tartare
Overview
This dish should be made with sashimi-grade fresh tuna. I couldn't buy it. In addition, I have a psychological barrier to raw fish, so I made it with canned tuna. Please explain. For those who like to eat sashimi, it is best to use fresh tuna.

Main ingredients required: tuna, bell pepper, avocado, pickles, capers, olive oil, white pepper, black pepper, honey.

Chop bell pepper.

Chop the green onions and add them to the tuna.

Juice half a lemon, mix well and set aside.

Cut avocado into small pieces.
