Overview

Since childhood, my mother would cook this soup for us three siblings every time the razor clams are in season. Not fancy, not expensive, not complicated but retaining the original taste of the ingredients. The collision of white radish and razor clams in "Original Flavor" is also a delicacy that will make people lose their eyebrows!   1. Soak razor clams in water and add some salt to spit out the sand. Wash it after half an hour and set aside

  10. Add two bowls of water (add according to your preference). Then pour in the water from the razor clams (the peeled meat will release a little water. That’s the fresh taste)

  11. Add two tablespoons of starch to the razor clams and mix well. If it is too dry, add a few drops of water. Don’t have too many!

  14. After the soup boils, add the green vegetables. Add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce to taste
