Onion-flavored flower rolls
Overview
Hanamaki is a very home-cooked noodle dish. The steamed buns are solid and the steamed buns are stuffed. The method of making Hanamaki is somewhere between steamed buns and steamed buns. There are many ways to make Hanamaki, and each family may have their own experience in making Hanamaki, and each family has their own tricks. I think it is more appropriate to call the steamed buns that have been knifed Hanamaki.

Steps
-
Blend the yeast with pure milk and an appropriate amount of water, pour it into a small basin filled with flour, and turn the flour into a moderately soft and hard dough to ferment naturally.
-
When the dough has doubled in size, take out the dough and knead it evenly before fermenting again.
-
Use the fermentation time of the dough to wash and cut the green onions into minced pieces, and add an appropriate amount of five-spice powder.
-
Add a little refined salt, mix well and set aside.
-
Take out the dough that has undergone secondary fermentation and knead it vigorously until the dough is smooth.
-
Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a thick rectangular shape.
-
Brush one side of the dough with vegetable oil and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
-
Spread the green onions carefully.
-
Roll up the dough from one end into a cylindrical shape and cut it into about 10 cm long dough pieces with a knife.
-
Take a dough and press it in the middle with chopsticks to make the sides of the dough rise.
-
Hold the indentation of the chopsticks on the dough with both hands, and rotate both hands in opposite directions.
-
Rotate the facial agent to open the incision.
-
Finally, pinch the parts held by both hands together to form a flower roll.
-
Cover the finished flower rolls with a clean cloth, let them rest for 15 minutes and put them into a basket covered with a cage cloth. Add cold water to the steamer, put the basket into the steamer, bring to a boil over high heat and continue steaming for 15 minutes. Do not open the lid of the pot immediately after turning off the heat. Wait 5 minutes before opening the pot again to prevent the fluffy flower rolls from shrinking when cold.
