Stir-fried broad beans with pork belly
Overview
I saw fresh broad beans for sale at the market some time ago. I hadn’t eaten it for many years, so I immediately bought a pound of Jie Jie Zhi. This is also one of my favorites!

Prepare the ingredients (I bought blanched broad beans).

Clean the pork belly and cut into thin slices.

Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and fry the pork belly until the oil comes out.

Then add the flattened garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add broad beans and sliced carrots and stir-fry.

Then add a small amount of water and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Finally, add salt, sugar and appropriate amount of soy sauce, and season with chopped green onion.
