Braised pork ribs with green beans

Beans are one of my favorite vegetables. They are delicious stir-fried or stewed with various meats.

Materials are ready

Cut the beans into sections, shred the red pepper, and slice the ginger and garlic

Put the spareribs in a pot under cold water, add ginger slices, green onion knots and cooking wine, cook until the bleeding drains out and drain

Heat oil in a pan, add pork ribs and stir-fry

Stir-fry until the ribs are slightly charred, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry

Then add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and tomato sauce

Add water and bring to boil

Add the beans and simmer over low heat for 50 minutes

Add red pepper, add sugar, stir-fry over high heat while reducing the juice
-
Wait until the juice is thickened
