Still learning to bake--coconut bread
Overview
The toast I made last time had a relatively bland taste, and the children didn’t even eat it. The children wanted to eat the coconut paste I made this time as soon as it came out of the oven. It was not only fragrant but also sweet. However, you cannot eat bread while it is still hot because it is still at a high temperature when it is freshly baked. The baker's yeast has not completely disappeared. At this time, eating the bread will ingest toxic carcinogens. After the bread is baked, when the temperature in the center of the bread drops below 40 degrees and is cooled, the yeast will stop and the carbon dioxide will be eliminated. If you want to eat hot bread, you can wait for it to cool down and then heat it before eating. By this time, the yeast will no longer work. I discussed with the children for a long time before agreeing to eat them after taking pictures. I almost cool down after taking pictures every time. Sometimes children will keep urging me because they want to eat, Mom, can you take a photo? I want to eat it so much. Looking at these two young faces, I feel so happy.

Steps
-
Ingredients High-gluten flour 250g yeast 2g white sugar 18g salt 1.5g egg 1 coconut filling: shredded coconut 30g milk powder 30g sugar powder 30g 1 egg
-
.Pour the flour into a large bowl, make a small hole and pour in the yeast. Make a small hole on the other side and pour in the sugar and salt. Pour in the water, beat in the eggs, mix well and pour it into the bread machine to start the dough mixing process.
-
.Now prepare the coconut paste. Pour coconut milk powder, sugar powder and eggs into a large bowl and mix well and set aside.
-
.At the end of the dough mixing process 1, check the gluten expansion stage.
-
.Pour in butter and start dough mixing program 2.
-
When the gluten can be stretched out, a very thin film is put on the hands, which is known as glove film.
-
.Put the dough back into the bread barrel and ferment it 2 to 2.5 times in size. Then take it out and let out the air and divide it into 6 equal portions.
-
.Roll it into ox tongue shape.
-
.Roll it up from top to bottom, let it rest for 15 minutes and then roll it out (8.9. Repeat 3 times)
-
. Roll it out and put the mixed coconut into it (I will pass in the leftover dried cherry tomatoes that I made earlier) and roll it up.
-
. Then roll it into a long shape, and make a direct and thorough cut in the middle, leaving one end uncut (in the picture, the cut half is not easy to shape when rolled out)
-
.Leave for 2 more times and brush with water before putting in the oven. Preheat the middle rack with upper and lower tubes at 190 degrees for 15 seconds
