Fried squid rings with green pepper
Overview
I have always liked to eat squid. I saw frozen squid rings in the supermarket some time ago and bought some to try. The taste is still inferior to that of chilled squid.

.Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into rings; cut the ginger into shreds; flatten and chop the garlic and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger and saute until fragrant.

Add the squid rings and stir-fry for about half a minute.

Add the pepper rings.

Add a small amount of water and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Finally, add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste.
