Homemade braised pancakes
Overview
Working women get off work very late, so they make homemade braised pancakes in ten minutes. They also pat cucumbers as a habit. It's simple and delicious.

Have all ingredients ready.

Pour oil into the pot, add beaten eggs, fry until cooked and set aside.

Pour oil into the pot again, add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant, then add carrots and stir-fry for a while.

Add cabbage and continue to stir-fry.

Add pancake shreds and cover carrots and cabbage evenly. Mix light soy sauce with twice the white water and add a little sesame oil, then pour evenly onto the cake shreds.

Cover the pot and simmer for 2 or 3 minutes. Add the scrambled eggs and stir-fry evenly. Remove from the pot.
