Crispy fried squid rings
Overview
I went to the market early this morning to buy vegetables. I saw that the squid today were very fresh, so I bought two. One was grilled in sauce, and the other was made into this snack. When I finished my work, I took it out. In less than five minutes, the two little guys ate them all. It seemed to be quite delicious.

Steps
-
Remove the head and internal organs of the squid (the seller has done this for both), pull out the cartilage, place it on the chopping board, use the tip of a knife to make a small slit on the skin outside the opening without scratching the meat, peel off the skin membrane, and clean it.
-
Cut the squid into rings of about 6 mm.
-
Place in a small bowl, pour in cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.
-
Prepare the egg liquid and starch, and dip the squid rings in starch first.
-
Then dip in the egg liquid, and finally evenly coat in the bread crumbs.
-
Pour enough oil into the pot and heat it to 60% heat (pour it in before the squid is dipped in starch), add the squid rings, fry over low heat until the surface changes color, then remove and drain the oil onto a plate.
