Wash the glutinous rice and soak in water for more than 6 hours.

Pour off the water from the soaked glutinous rice, place it on gauze and steam for 30 minutes.

Soaked dried mushrooms are more fragrant than fresh mushrooms.

Chop the soaked mushrooms and onions.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion first, and sauté until the onion turns slightly brown.
