Wash and cut green and red peppers into shreds and set aside.

Wash the chicken legs and chop them into pieces. Pour into cold water, add appropriate amount of cooking wine and bring to a boil. Pour out, rinse and set aside.

Heat the pot, pour in appropriate amount of olive oil, add ginger and fry.
