Chicken wings are too expensive, and so is pork. Fortunately, duck wings are not expensive. 😃

Pour cold water into the pot. Put the washed duck wings into the pot. Then put ginger and cooking wine in the pot and boil the bleeding water over high heat.

Remove the duck wings and set aside. Heat oil in a pan, add rock sugar and stir-fry until browned, then add duck wings and stir-fry until browned, then pour boiling water, add star anise, Sichuan peppercorns, and bay leaves. Then use salt, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce to consume an appropriate amount of oil.

I make it after lunch, soak it for half a day, and eat it in the evening. My kids like it so I didn’t add any chili pepper.
