Peel the banana, put it in a plastic bag and mash it into a puree, squeeze in the lemon juice and mix well.

Mix the whole egg liquid and caster sugar and mix well with a hand mixer.

Add sunflower oil and mix thoroughly.

Add the mashed bananas to the egg mixture and mix well.

Sift together the low-gluten flour, baking powder and soda powder, then pour into the egg liquid banana paste, stir evenly from bottom to top (do not stir in circles to avoid gluten).

Add chopped walnuts and mix evenly with a spatula from bottom to top.

Scoop the batter into the paper cup until it is 7-8 minutes full. And sprinkle some chopped walnuts on the batter.

Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake for about 18 minutes.
