Baked coconut sugar cake
Overview
The filling is made with shredded coconut and white sugar, so that flour is not needed to combine the sugar. The baked cake will not leak out the sugar filling and has a rich coconut aroma. It is really delicious.

Melt the yeast with warm water and knead the dough, then let it rise for about 40 minutes. Exhaust and knead evenly.

Divide into small noodles of any size.

Roll into round cake.

Put a spoonful of sugar on each cookie. Add a spoonful of coconut milk. Take it and simply mix the sugar and coconut with your hands.

Keep the bag closed tightly and keep it downward for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes roll into small cakes. (Turn over and roll out the top side of the bun) Put in a flat-bottomed spoon and fry until the cake is puffed up and golden brown.
