Slimming Salad with Orange Juice
Overview
Salad is not recommended as a staple food. No matter how nutritious, healthy and slimming it is, it is cold after all. Eating all cold food in one meal is not good for the stomach. I also think that it is more delicious if it complements the staple food! Women, you must be responsible for yourself. No matter when you are in pain or happiness, don’t expect others to feel sorry for you. You must feel sorry for yourself. I have been fat before and I know the pain of being fat. I don’t want to be fat again! I have gained some weight recently, I need to control my weight in time!!!
