Very delicious grilled tenderloin on skewers, easy to make and delicious, you will eat it up every time no matter how much you grill. Paired with some beer on a hot summer day, it’s so delicious.

Cut tenderloin into thin slices.

Except for chili powder and cumin powder, all other ingredients are put into the meat slices.

Stir until the meat becomes sticky and marinate for 15 minutes.

Use bamboo skewers to skewer the meat slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with foil.

Set the middle shelf of the oven to 180 degrees, take it out for about 8 minutes, sprinkle with chili powder and cumin powder, and brush with a layer of peanut oil.

Bake for another 3 minutes.
