Preserved egg, vegetable and chicken porridge
Overview
Because I had ham left over and didn’t want to waste it, I made porridge! You can leave it out if you like it or not. In fact, you can make any vegetables at home, it depends on what you like! Just cook to make yourself happy.

Wash the rice thoroughly, soak it in appropriate amount of water, and then prepare other ingredients.

Chop the chicken, add salt, pepper, starch and cooking wine, mix well and set aside. Chop cabbage, preserved eggs, and ham.

Boil the water for soaking rice directly. After boiling for five minutes, add chicken, cabbage, preserved eggs, and ham. After boiling, continue boiling over low heat. When it becomes thick, add salt, add two or three drops of sesame oil, green onions, turn off the heat, and you will have delicious porridge.
