Grilled pork belly
Overview
Watch Korean dramas. The heroine looks so excited when she talks about eating barbecue. Every time I see the heroine pick up the lettuce and wrap it with barbecued meat and kimchi, it feels so delicious😍Okay, I don’t envy others, let’s make it at home. It's not authentic, but it satisfies my craving. And the most important thing is that it is convenient and quick ~ cut the meat, mix with the marinade, marinate, bake in the oven, OK, serve, it’s that simple ~

-
I used the two marinades in the picture.
-
The pork belly can be frozen in the freezer of the refrigerator for 2.30 minutes. It will be slightly frozen and firm, so it is easier to cut. The pork belly should be sliced thinly or as thickly as you like, I like it thin~
-
Put the cut pork belly into a basin, add a pack of Daxida original barbecue sauce and an appropriate amount of honey marinade.
-
Mix meat and seasonings well. Marinate for about 30 minutes. If you have enough time, you can marinate it longer. I cut it all at noon, put it in the refrigerator to marinate for an afternoon, and take it out for dinner.
-
Line a baking sheet with tin foil, matte side up. The tin foil next to the baking pan can be placed slightly higher to prevent fat from leaking onto the baking pan during baking. Arrange the meat neatly on the baking sheet.
-
Top with potatoes and onions cut into crescents. Put into the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees in the middle rack for 20 minutes (the baking time depends on the thickness of the meat, increase or decrease the baking time.)
-
Take the roasted meat out and put it on the plate.
-
I ate this barbecued meat with a lotus leaf tong, and it felt so satisfying.
