Dark Chocolate Cream Cake
Overview
I decided on the spur of the moment that my friends were going to have a meal together, so I was thinking about what to bring. I wanted to make a bigger cake, but it was too monotonous without a fruit sandwich, so I wanted to make a small mini cream cake, but the sugar beads for decoration were gone, so I thought of using chocolate to decorate it. Unexpectedly, the finished product is still very good, and it is made of black chocolate, which also has a full taste.

Prepare materials as shown in the picture.

Add sugar gradually to egg whites and beat until foamy.

Squeeze some lemon juice to enhance the flavor.

Continue to beat until dry peaks form.

Mix until no dry powder forms, then add chopped cranberries.

Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.

Prepare whipping cream, powdered sugar, dark chocolate and baked cake.
