Stir-fried dried tofu
Overview
This is a vegetarian dish, and I chose the ingredients as I pleased. I used leftover lima beans from the refrigerator and two cabbages picked from the field. It was another casual meal.

Cut the dried beans into cubes, stir-fry the water in a pot, and set aside;

Separate the cabbage leaves and stems and cut them into sections. Pour water into the pot and add 2/3 teaspoon of salt. When the water boils, add the cabbage stems and lima beans. Bring the water to a boil again, then scoop out the ingredients and drain;

Heat the pot, add oil, add ginger and sauté until fragrant;

Pour in the cabbage stems and lima beans and stir-fry a few times;

Pour in the cabbage leaves and dried tofu, add 2/3 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp sugar and 1/4 tsp pepper, stir for a few times, add the cooking wine, stir-fry for a while and serve.
