Duck meat and fried potatoes
Overview
I bought the roast duck for the Chinese New Year, but my son, the main force, was not around. I couldn't finish it after two meals, so I used the leftovers to stir-fry potatoes.

Leftover roast duck.

Tear duck meat into small pieces.

Peel the potatoes.

Cut into thin slices and soak in water.

Mince the garlic and chop the green onions.

Heat oil in a pan and saute minced garlic until fragrant.

Add duck meat and fry.

Add potato slices and stir-fry evenly.

Sprinkle with a little water and cook until translucent.

Add salt, chicken powder and chopped green onion.

Stir well.

Great way to kill leftover meat.
