The two-color pumpkin rolls are both beautiful and delicious. You can make two of them. Because the quantity is small, it is recommended to use a bread machine to knead the dough. For example, multiply the mixer and noodle recipe by 2, because it’s really difficult to cook with less flour 😊

Knead ingredients a and b, except butter, into dough. It is recommended to make B white dough first.

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and ferment, about 1.5 times. Use your fingers dipped in flour to poke holes in the top of the dough so that the holes do not collapse or shrink back.

Press and deflate the dough, divide it into two equal portions, roll the dough into a round ball and cover with plastic wrap to rest for 15 minutes.

Roll the dough into separate rectangles. The yellow dough is slightly larger than the white dough.
