  1. Put all the ingredients (except butter) into the bread machine

  2. Stir the ingredients into a smooth dough, add butter, and continue stirring 2-3 times for the first 20 minutes on the dough setting

  3. Use the time while the noodles are kneading to finely chop the green onions and fry them dry in a pan and set aside

  6. Let the dough ferment 2.5 times in size

  7. Deflate the risen dough and let it rest for 10 minutes

  8. Divide into 4 equal parts and let rest for about 10 minutes

  9. Squeeze the risen dough and spread it out into round sheets
