Remove the head and internal organs of the small yellow croaker, clean it, and marinate it with cooking wine, ginger slices and a little salt for half an hour.

Spread a thin layer of dry starch on the surface of the marinated fish, fry until golden brown on both sides and set aside

Chop the onion and garlic into mince, add a little oil to the pot, add the minced onion and garlic and saute until fragrant.
