Spicy crab fried rice cake

I bought frozen swimming crabs from the supermarket and used them to make fried rice cakes for lunch today!

Thaw the frozen cut swimming crabs, remove and drain the water

Soak the rice cake in advance for a while. If it is fresh and soft, there is no need

Crush the garlic, ginger slices and red pepper are ready

Dip the swimming crabs one by one into cornstarch and set aside

Heat the oil in the pan, first put in the black bean paste and sauté until fragrant

Then add garlic, ginger, and red pepper and sauté until fragrant

Add the swimming crab dipped in cornstarch and fry for a while, then stir-fry

Add cooking wine

Add some salt

Add some light soy sauce
