Ingredients: green onions, crab sticks, eggs.

Tear crab sticks into strips and chop green onions.

Add a little salt to the eggs to adjust the base flavor, a spoonful of water starch, and stir evenly.

Add half of the chopped green onions and stir.

Heat the oil in a pan, a little more oil than usual for cooking.

Add crab sticks and fry over low heat until fragrant.

Add a spoonful of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.

Pour in egg liquid and fry until set and scattered.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
