No-fried Crispy Pork Chops
Overview
Simple fried crispy pork chops, not too much seasoning but very delicious. The crispy ones are children's favorite. Every time my children want to go to KFC, I won’t let them go. I will say, “Mom, do it for you.” So I often make crispy dishes for him. After all, eating too much fried food is not healthy. I switched to the oven today, but I didn't expect that the taste would be no worse than fried ones. Haha, friends who like it can try it. If you don't have an oven, you can also fry it in an oil pan, omitting the step of frying the bread crumbs, and fry until golden brown.
