Clean the chicken feet and set aside

Remove the fingertips of the chicken feet and cut them into two halves

Put cold water in a pot, add salt and cinnamon. Star anise, bay leaf, ginger. Onions, bring to a boil over high heat, simmer for ten minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for three minutes

4: Remove and soak in cold water for ten hours. Change the water three times in between (soaking is to remove the gelatin and make the chicken feet whiter)

Wash the soaked chicken feet with boiled water

Take a container, add 500g of pickled peppers and water for one pound of chicken feet (if the pickled pepper water is not enough, you can add some cold boiled water), add a spoonful of sugar, and the water just covers the chicken feet

Cover and put in the refrigerator overnight and it is ready to eat
