Stir-fry Sichuan peppercorns, shredded ginger, star anise and chili until fragrant, add beans and bean sprouts and stir-fry for a while.

Put the tomatoes and carrots into the pot, add dark soy sauce, a little light soy sauce, thirteen spices, and salt and stir-fry. You don’t have to put the carrots, I only put some in if there are children at home. There is no need to add water after adding tomatoes.

Add the fried meat to the pan and stir-fry for a while, then turn off the heat. I mixed it several times in a large pot and steamed it on the steamer, which makes it easier to mix evenly. Add the vegetable soup slowly. If there is too much, the steamed noodles will not be fluffy. First time posting, I forgot to take a picture of the noodles.
