Overview

My favorite thing in winter is radish stewed with bone soup, which is delicious with either pork or beef bones. This time I used beef backbone and only the simplest seasonings, and the stewed soup was very delicious. Stew the radish until it becomes crispy and translucent, and all the sweetness of the radish is blended into the broth, which is very delicious.

  1. Beef bones soaked in clean water to produce blood. You can change the water during this period

  6. Put the cooked beef bone soup into the pot, add the white radish and salt, and cook until the radish is transparent and cooked. You can add some coriander when eating.
