Spaghetti with Bolognese Sauce
Overview
This is my first time making pasta, so I read a lot of people’s recipes online and put it together.

Ingredients other than pasta
-
Weigh 150 grams of pasta
-
After taking out the tomatoes, add salt to the pot and add 150 grams of pasta.
-
I have a timer at home, so I just used it, usually 8-10 minutes, but the noodles I bought were really hard, so I cooked them for 11-12 minutes. The pasta is cooked in just enough time to prepare the other ingredients.
-
Peel and dice the tomatoes you just blanched, and dice the celery, onions, and carrots as well. You should probably need half a carrot, but I only had half a carrot left when I made golden chicken rolls, so I’ll just use it. Season the minced meat with salt, black pepper, and white pepper.
-
Basically, the noodles are ready at this time. Take out the noodles, wash them with cold water, drain them, add a little olive oil, mix well and set aside.
-
I use a pan, add oil, wait until the oil is hot, add tomatoes, celery, carrots, diced onions and minced meat, stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Then add tomato paste, salt and water and cook for about twenty minutes. When the juice is almost dry, add sugar. Then pour it over the pasta, or pour the pasta into the pot and stir, it's optional.
-
Then take it out and put it on a plate, exactly two plates. My mother and I each had a plate, and my father was at work, so he missed the delicious food I made again.
