Wash two potatoes and remove the skins.

Cut the potatoes into hob cubes.

Sprinkle salt, black pepper, olive oil and rosemary over potatoes. (If you don’t have rosemary, you don’t need to put it. What I eat every day is a pot planted in a flower pot on the balcony)

Place the baking sheet into the middle rack of the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes! You can also add chili powder according to your personal taste. If you don’t like spicy food, you can leave it out!
