Baked hairtail fish with green onions
Overview
Sea fish is a fish that I often eat at home. I have eaten it in various ways. My favorite is dry-fried and then baked with shallots for a few minutes. This way the aroma of the onions can penetrate into the fish, and the fish has a slight burnt aroma, which is very delicious!

Remove the internal organs from the hairtail, wash and chop into sections, put it into a large bowl, add salt and mix well, marinate for 20 minutes, and prepare the shallots

Peel off the outer layer of the shallots and smash into pieces. Use special kitchen paper to absorb the water from the hairtail

Heat a frying pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, spread the hairtail fish evenly, and fry over medium heat

Fry until browned on both sides
