Wasabi kelp shreds
Overview
Kelp is rich in carbohydrates and low in protein and fat. It is a kind of seaweed that is very rich in iodine. Cultured kelp generally contains 3% to 5% iodine, and as much as 7% to 10%. It is a vegetable with high nutritional value. This cold dish is added with mustard, which has a refreshing and unique taste and is very appetizing.

Soak the kelp in advance.
