Clean the chicken wings and drain them. A small piece of ginger and an appropriate amount of chives.

Put the chicken wings in a bowl and add appropriate amount of rice wine. Cut the ginger into shreds and put the chives in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt, mix well and marinate for fifteen minutes.

Heat a pan, add appropriate amount of salad oil, and fry the chicken wings in the pan.

Put the seasonings in the ingredient list into a bowl, mix into a bowl of juice and set aside.

Fry one side of the chicken wings until golden brown, then flip to the other side.
