Brush a baking sheet with oil.

Set aside some dark chocolate chips, put the remaining dark chocolate chips and butter in a small pot, heat over low heat to melt, stir evenly, and turn off the heat.

Add sugar and cocoa powder and mix well.

Add one egg and mix well, then add another egg and continue mixing. Add flour and salt and stir to form a smooth batter.

Pour the batter into the mold as full as possible and cover the top half of the baking pan.

Preheat the oven to 145 degrees and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. After taking it out, let it cool for 5 minutes. Remove the cake from the baking pan and let it cool completely.

Insert lollipop stick into cake ball.

Melt the white chocolate over water, stirring while heating.

Dip the cake pops into the chocolate syrup and coat evenly.

Set aside a little white chocolate syrup, add some dark chocolate chips to the remaining white chocolate syrup, and stir into a uniform brown chocolate syrup.

Dip half of the cake pops into the brown chocolate syrup and finish the top half of the head.

Use the remaining white chocolate syrup to complete the mouth, and the brown chocolate syrup to complete the ears. Melt the remaining dark chocolate chips into dark chocolate syrup to complete the nose and eyes, and then use the white chocolate syrup to add eyeballs on the eyes.
