Baby’s Private Kitchen Autumn Pear Paste Drink
Overview
Autumn is here, and I am worried that my baby will get angry due to autumn dryness. This small drink is specially tailored for her. It is sweet and refreshing, nourishes qi and blood, nourishes yin and moisturizes the lungs!

Steps
-
The ingredients I choose are different from the traditional Qiuli paste ingredients. They are specially selected for babies: white pears, lotus roots, and white radish. Pay attention! The ratio of their materials is 5:3:1
-
There is no need to peel the white pears, just cut them into small pieces.
-
Cut lotus root into small pieces
-
Cut the white radish into small pieces
-
Put these three ingredients into the drawer cloth and tie it tightly
-
Use a garlic hammer to beat out the juice
-
Tighten the drawer cloth and squeeze the juice (I use this traditional method because I don’t have a food processor at home. If you have a juicer or food processor, you can skip the above two steps and just cut the ingredients and put them into the food processor and squeeze the juice)
-
By analogy, squeeze all the fruit and vegetable juices from the ingredients and filter out the residue with a filter
-
Simmer the strained juice over low heat for about an hour until the soup thickens
-
Let cool and put it in the refrigerator. When you want to drink it, pour out some warm water and add some honey. I believe your baby will like it more!
